Regular Service – will generally be picked up within 24 hours and first attempt will occur within 3 days. A total of 5 attempts will be made within 30 days.
Rush Service – will generally be picked up within 2 hours and first attempt will occur within 24 hours. A total of 5 attempts will be made within 10 days.
Priority Rush – will generally be picked up within 2 hours and first attempt will occur within 4 hours of pickup. A total of 5 attempts will be made within 5 days.
